Robynn Ashenden, MPH 
(she/her/hers)

Qualitative Data Analyst

Robynn works as qualitative data analyst at RISE Lab. She earned her Master of Public Health with a concentration in Health Equity, Social Justice, and Human Rights from the University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill Gillings School of Global Public Health and two Bachelor of Science degrees in Biology and Anthropology from the University of Maryland-College Park. Currently, Robynn's research at RISE Lab focuses on the experiences of Black lesbian women over the age of 40 in healthcare in partnership with ZAMI NOBLA: The National Organization of Black Lesbians on Aging. With interests LGBTQ+ health, women’s health, and gender-based violence, she aims to conduct community-engaged research to promote health equity amongst sexual and gender minoritized individuals.
